The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a semi-industrial area, near the city centre and all amenities and shops, restaurants and main areas. The location was excellent - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Every staff member was outstandingly accommodating and helpful.
Sadly, but there was mould in some areas.

I had a decent stay here! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to shops and eateries, which made grabbing meals easy. The room was well laid out and pretty comfortable, plus I enjoyed the fact that I could park right outside my door. It was quiet too, so I got a good night's sleep.
There were a few letdowns. The bathroom could definitely use a thorough clean, and it felt a bit outdated—maybe a remodel is needed. it was annoying that there were only basic toiletries and the kettle in the room seemed a bit worn out. Not bad but some improvements would go a long way!

The hotel was in a marvellous and absolutely perfect location so close to shops, river and highway. The room was clean and absolutely fantastic and there were a sitting area, iron and ironing board, and a work desk.

Clean and budget-friendly spot, perfect for a quick stopover. Management was responsive to issues, like a smoke alarm that needed fixing. Room had a dated feel, but the basics were covered. Just needed a bit more crockery for a cozy meal. A decent place to rest on the road.

Everything was great during 1 day, appreciated its great and incredibly comfortable location adjacent to the main city centre and walking distances, parks and Murray river, and downtown and botanic garden.

The air conditioning was unbearably loud, forcing us to turn it off through the night, while the bed felt like sleeping on concrete. Tossing and turning left us exhausted, destroying what should’ve been a comfortable getaway. Total letdown!

The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. I appreciated the modern decor mixed with classic charm and the excellent lighting. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Plus, parking was hassle-free, which was a major plus with our trailer.
100% Recommend this hotel.

We stopped here overnight on a recent trip to Melbourne with our 2-month-old baby and found the family room quite spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect, just two blocks from the heart of town and close to lovely parks. The BBQ facilities were a nice bonus for relaxation. While parking was a bit tricky for larger vehicles, the host was friendly, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. it’s an excellent choice for a short stay!

The staff here were really friendly and got us checked in early, which was great. We found the location perfect for getting around on foot, even though it was in a mostly industrial area. 🌆.
